How we work (1): intranet needs analysis and strategy

At Step Two Designs, we do a lot of work relating to intranet strategy and management. While the hundreds of articles we've published are a very visible manifestation of this, we've realised that not everyone knows how this is reflected in our consulting practice. So this is the first of a series of blog posts which help to explain how we work, what's involved, and what our clients can expect to receive. Most organisations have an intranet, but few have fully delivered the hoped-for benefits.
